Public bug reported:

Use case:
- Nagios deployed in a container, and the rootfs partition being the only
valuable device to monitor
- Perm errors on other mounting points:
~# /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_disk -w 20% -c 10% -e
DISK CRITICAL - /sys/kernel/debug/tracing is not accessible: Permission denied

I suggest the use of "-r <regexp>" on check_all_disks, where "<regexp>"
has an empty default value (configurable via juju config).

** Affects: nagios-charm
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
