Olá Não existe Nagios server para Windows.
Acredito ser possível que o mesmo rode sob o Cygwin mas ainda não vi ninguém fazendo isto. Os clientes do Nagios conseguem monitorar bem servidores windows, tanto serviços, performance e muito mais.
