Levar em conta tbm q o snmp precisa ser habilitado no Cisco e não ter bloqueio via ACL ou coisas do gênero. E pelo q entendi vc quer monitorar a subinterface e não a interface. Acho q pra vc ter o index das subinterface vc precisaria ter o cisco-frame-relay-mib compilado, certo?
