Of course, you don't need a RADIUS server on the Nagios machine, but
check_radius requires the radiusclient library.

The above URL seems dead, but the radiusclient source is available at:

       ftp://ftp.cityline.net/pub/radiusclient/

The Debian packages are called "libradius1" and "libradius1-dev".
