[Nagios-users] getting the results through check_snmp

hey friends,

I have configure Nagios-2.0 on Centos4.0. I able to check the services for local host but now want to check the services like POP3,SMTP,HTTP,Disk usage,Swap Usage,Memory Usage,CPU usage etc. through check_snmp.

The snmp is running on all the machines which I want to monitor but I don't know the OID's related to these services.

For example which OID is related to Disk Usage  etc.

SNMP is working fine on these machines.

Can anybody tell how to monitor these services or many other services through Check_SNMP.
