You *could* write a new notification command. That would be the most elegant solution, probably, but a quick-and-dirty "use what's there" solution would be to create two users -- one for email, one for paging. Then for the paging user, use: service_notification_options c,r host_notification_options d,r And for the email user, use: service_notification_options w,u,r Then make sure both users are members of the appropriate contact group and you should be in business.
