nagios.cmd is a named-pipe created by nagios at runtime. Make sure
permissions on the directory specified in nagios.cfg's command_file=
are set to allow read/write for the user running nagios. The file
should only exist while nagios is running (ps ax | grep nagios).

Could someone be kind enough to email me a zip'd up copy of their
nagios.cmd file ? I haven't seen hide nor hair of mine, despite
recompiling, and doing no end of "make install-commandmode"
I've also updated my file database and tried to locate it that way,
but
it's definitely not here.
