Ravi,
I have installed new, and performed an upgrade recently.
The install new (tar ball and RPM) went fairly smooth. The main problem I had was that my configuration tool places the files in a different place, so I needed to link the nagios.cfg file, which wasn’t a big deal.
The upgrade was also fairly smooth, most the issues that I had again, were with the nagios.cfg file, only because of my environment.
Keep in mind that I don’t use the CGI’s and am in a distributed environment.
Thanks!
Mike

Tarball or RPM? Please let me know if anyone have installed new one and having issue during upgrade? Do some one have documentation "how to upgrade 2.4 from 2.0 version" like that? Thanks
