I've Nagios 2.0b3 installed on debian, I declared a group of services, but
nowhere I see it using
the status.cgi, only appear hosts and services associated with them
my configuration is the following
/usr/local/nagios/etc/servicegroups/servicegroups.cfg
define servicegroup{
servicegroup_name test
alias test
}
I double check this declaration on nagios.cfg
cfg_dir=/usr/local/nagios/etc/servicegroups
the services associated with this group have the servicegroups declaration
in the same way I declared on this example.
define service{
use generic-service ; Name of
service template to use
host_name 3com
service_description UP
servicegroups test
notification_interval 12
contact_groups Network,admins
check_command check_icmp!20,40%!60,60%
}
I executed nagios with -v and it did not report any error, but the group is
not visible with status.cgi
