Check smtp server log and check the nagios host and services email
notification should active.
also try to restart nagios server.and if smtp server on WAN link check the
link should be UP.

Do you see the notification attempt in your mail server logs? Is it
still queued for some reason? How's disk space on the nagios machine?
Try running your notification command from the command line as the
nagios user exactly as you have it defined in your commands config file.
