You have two issues. One is that you're defining the service check incorrectly. You probably want to have a chack_command of check_nt!1248, and a command_line of $USER1$/check_nt -H $HOSTADDRESS -p $ARG1$ -v check-nt (I'm guessing -- what you're using now is definitely wrong, though).
