Hi all, I cannot exclude certain hosts from my hostgroups.cfg. My nagios.cfg shows:
use_regexp_matching=1 use_true_regexp_matching=1 define hostgroup { hostgroup_name ping-servers alias Pingable servers members s_sv.*,s_ups.*,s_fw.*,s_rt.* } The hostgroup above works, however when I change it into this: define hostgroup { hostgroup_name ping-servers alias Pingable servers members s_sv.*,s_ups.*,s_fw.*,s_rt.*,!s_sv_mail } It shows : Error: Could not find any host matching '!s_sv_mail' Host s_sv_mail exists, so it has something to do with the exclamation mark ?
