Sorry, I meant to say "only alerts through each command at most one time" (if that's proper English). So the characteristics of the contactprofile define the filters for a particular event, the command defines the type of notification (email, sms, paging, rss) and the above rule stops you getting multiple emails/sms/pages/rss items for a single event.
