Well. Since you elected to tell us nothing about your configuration of the
services the exact "error" you are referring to nor any other information
relevant you disabled the help function on the mailinglist.
So please enable it and show a host and service definition, the results of
a service check when run manually as nagios use, .......
Since I have no server with the name gandalf anymore the use of the
palantir is not an option. ;-)
