are you have something like: disk / 10000 disk /tmp 10000 disk /usr 10000 disk /var 10000 in your snmpd.conf? after that you can get data from OIDs starting from 1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.1.1 It's UCD-SNMP-MIB WBR.
