Obvious one is permissions on the perfdata folder. :) Check the nagios.log for any errors. PNP won't work if nagios was compiled with the embedded perl option enabled. Make sure you have process_perf_data set to 1 in your service definition and that process_performance_data = 1 in your nagios.cfg file. I"m in a rush to get to work otherwise I'd do a bit more digging. If those don't help please don't be afraid to ask again. What version of Nagios are you running?
