Hi All, Please I want to use check_procs to warn me if a certain process (say "myproc") is not running at all (number of processes is equal to zero). And also return critical if myproc has more than say 5 occurrences.
The example below is from check_procs' help. I am not sure on how to adapt it to fit my requirements. Thank you. Examples: check_procs -w 2:2 -c 2:1024 -C portsentry Warning if not two processes with command name portsentry. Critical if < 2 or > 1024 processes ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
