Beyond the other suggestions, verify that the nagios machine has
permissions to connect to postgres and the database you want to check in
pg_hba.conf. You'll probably also be interested in the -d parameter to
check_pgsql to specify the database to check and not the default
'template1' which might not even exist for you.
