Your services use "host-notify-by-email" to send notifications. Since the host stays up it obviously sends host up alerts! (see the host-notify-by-email command definition to see what is the exact format). You should normally use service-notify-by-email or service-notify-by-epager commands for service notifications. You can of course change the format of these command and/or create new ones adapted to your requirements.
