Hi!

I’m using Nagios 2.6 with Debian Etch.

I was wondering how I can teach Nagios to know about virtualization, in my case XEN environments. The parent concept does not work, because it is designed for networks. And the Dom0 is not necessary in the same network as the different DomUs. How are you solving the problem?

And if I have a host downtime for a Dom0 I would like Nagios to activate automatically a downtime for all DomUs. How can I do this?

Thanks for your help!

Shade and sweet water!

        Stephan
