How i can monitor the memory in aix box?

After actually checking, you're right, it's not in the standard
nagios-plugins distribution...I guess I was thrown off by the fact that
the banner on the help output states that it's part of the
nagios-plugins package:

Check memory/swap space on local server.

I'm pretty sure Luc is a lurker on this list, so maybe he'll speak up
and tell you where you can get it.
