Hari, what we would like to have is a function inside NRPE agents to do it. Using Bash+Rsync is ok, but the remote node must have rsync and ssh (for security) installed, it´s another piece of software to maintain operational. Having something "inside" NRPE would allow to do it without depending on any other sw package.
