I am a newbie to Nagios, If i have to monitor SMTP and HTTP services using
Nagios
define service{
host_name linux-server
service_description check-disk-sda1
check_command check-disk!/dev/sda1
max_check_attempts 5
check_interval 5
retry_interval 3
check_period 24x7
notification_interval 30
notification_period 24x7
notification_options w,c,r
contact_groups linux-admins
}
If i have to check_http check_smtp so will the directive check_command look
like
check_command check_http check_smtp
define service{
host_name linux-server
service_description check-disk-sda1
check_command check_http check_smtp
max_check_attempts 5
check_interval 5
retry_interval 3
