You could always download and use Nagion at: 
http://www.systemadminihater.com/management/nagion-10-released/

It is a simple PHP script, you fill out details about your hosts in one file, 
and run the PHP script in the CLI and it spits out the cfg files, pretty easy 
also pretty simple/limited.

I haven't had much time to go back and play with it, I plan on doing that soon.
