Hi List I was demonstrating my Nagios 3.0.3 system today , and all was going very well, until Nagios processed a passive check from a source that was not running.
I need to do further investigation, but I am wondering has anyone else had any problems with the new method of processing passive checks. I wonder if it was a previously received check that was again processed, or one that hung in the received list and just popped up late. Looking at the input to the program that sends the passive checks in, there was no reason to send a passive check for the host and service in question. Any suggestions welcome.
