my solution:
delete the sock file : rm /usr/local/nagios/var/ndo.sock
and start again ndo2db : /usr/local/nagios/bin/ndo2db -c
/usr/local/nagios/etc/ndo2db.cfg
As a result: nagios: ndomod: Successfully flushed 5000 queued items to data sink
2 hours for this ... why this things happen?

Since a restart, I am having this problem,
when I look at the syslog: it appears

As a result, the database is not updating
correctly the values, and therefore my "nagios semaphore" is not working
properly. I have tried to restart the machine without much luck.
