There's the problem. You should either modify your check_load command_line to:
/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_load --warning=$ARG1$ --critical=$ARG2$ Or change your service check_command to: check_load!10.0!8.0!5.0!15.0!10.0!8.0 but not both.
