You deserve a vindaloo.

So basically, you are using email from the disparate nagios systems as a delivery mechanism to send state change data to the master. Can't see why that wouldn't work (its just like getting trap or log event data).

Using emails provide you with resilience and retries, though high latency. Better hope there's not a network/email outage!
