My company is looking for an answering service who would: * watch Nagios email or SMS alerts 24/7 * filter out obvious spam * response time must be on the order of minutes * call our on-call engineer, and once our engineer acks, the job is done.
This seems like it could be a great business opportunity, but I can't find anyone doing this. There are tons of companies who'll do it for medical doctors.
