(Just to close this thread) We have found that probing the amperage sensors via SNMP brings down the SNMP agent on win2000. This can easily be avoided with the '--check' option: check_openmanage --check pwrmonitor=0 A note has been added to the plugin homepage about this: http://folk.uio.no/trondham/software/check_openmanage.html#remote-check-using-snmp In completely unrelated news...
