In the NSC.ini config file under [Settings] is the parameter called allowed_hosts=
Is the IP address of your Nagios server in the list ?
If so then do you have multiple IP addresses in this list, if you do then make sure that there are no spaces between the entries.
Even when you get past this problem I found that check_nt didn't always return performance data, switch to check_nrpe if you want it to be reliable. It is slightly more complicated to use, but it is much more flexible after you get going.
