Sorry, just realizing.... The reason you don't have statusmap.cgi, trends.cgi and histogram.cgi is may be becaus you don't have one of the graphic library installed on your server. Check if you have libjpeg-devel, libgd-devel and libpng-devel installed on your server (if your running under Debian, it should be libjpeg62-dev, libpng12-dev and libgd2-xpm-dev or libgd2-noxpm-dev).
