All the docs I've read on distributed nagios require a "master" server as well as "slaves".
Can I do distributed nagios w/o a master server? I have a redundant cluster of VPSs and want them to monitor each other w/o a single point of failure. I've got some ideas re how to do this, but didn't want to re-invent the wheel. -- We're just a Bunch Of Regular Guys, a collective group that's trying to understand and assimilate technology.
