I have a couple of pretty simple service escalations. One of them is
including a contactgroup when I don't expect it to:
define serviceescalation{
hostgroup_name z-allhosts
service_description .*
contact_groups ms
first_notification 3
last_notification 0
notification_interval 30
escalation_options w,u,c,r
}
define serviceescalation{
hostgroup_name z-allhosts
service_description .*
contacts [email protected]
first_notification 1
last_notification 1
notification_interval 0
escalation_options w,u,c
}
pvpesx1 ssh ms 3 Infinity 0h 30m 0s 24x7
Warning, Unknown,
Critical, Recovery
pvpesx1 ssh [email protected] , ms 1 1 Notify Only
Once (No
Re-notification) 24x7 Warning, Unknown, Critical
Why is it adding the 'ms' contactgroup to the 2nd serviceescalation?
