It could be implemented as a duplicate test with check_interval 7am-7:10am, but I'm not sure if that's best either.

I'll eventually see a notification by mail to root, but if a 3am problem resolves itself at 3:30, it'll just cause confusion if there's a dynamic "sleep 4h" command sendings texts hours later.
