This is a configuration problem with your mailer daemon; it sounds like you 
haven't properly configured it to be Internet friendly. How you fix it depends 
on what MTA (postfix, sendmail, exim, etc) you're using on the Nagios machine 
and is pretty much outside the scope of this list. All accounts on the machine 
will have this problem, not just the nagios account.
