Actually I solved this problem about a week ago... I almost forgot to enable
this on my apache configuration file "AddHandler" for cgi files.

Sounds like you haven't configured your webserver correctly. Make sure 
you've enabled running CGIs (using the ExecCGI directive, assuming 
you're using apache) from the CGI directory.
