Hi Ambati I followed this link:
http://svn.openvpn.net/projects/openvpn/misc/mibagent/README.txtand it solved all my issues , Things went smoothly after following the installation instructions as mentioned. Make sure you have access to the fedora repositories to download the pacakages.
