You can also try /nagios/cgi-bin/config.cgi, not sure if that shows the running or on-disk configs.

This won't be as clean as your configs (and I'm not sure Nagios can use this file as a config directly), but you should be able to recover a pretty good amount of your running configs from there, and start reconstructing the config files. May I be the first to suggest placing your configuration in revision control, which will help mitigate this problem in the future. I would suggest Subversion (http://subversion.tigris.org/) or git (http://git-scm.com/).
