Hi all,

When I do an availability report for a service that had a scheduled downtime, the time that it was down shows up in both Scheduled OK state and Unscheduled Critical. I am not sure I understand this behavior, I would think that if it had scheduled downtime it should not show up at in the Critical Unscheduled category.
Here is  sample report below.
