Thank you very much. To solve other permissions problems I changed group to many files (putting apache).
Moreover I have to change "nagios_group" inside nagios.cfg writtig "apache" instead of "nagios" . On the contrary I saw the message: RESTART FAILED - NAGIOS COMMAND FILE NOT FOUND OR NO EXECUTE PERMISSIONS. Is it normal ? After that ... I "just" have to understand how nagiosQL and Nagios works together ...
