Hi, i hope you can help me, because I'm relative new and was unable to find a solution till now.
The current setup of our Nagios system is the following: - All Notifications are send out by email - CRITICAL Notifications are send out by SMS too Now my problem is the following: When I sit at home and get an SMS with a CRITICAL notification I do not see if the problem got solved in the meantime or if it is still CRITICAL. The only way at the moment is to ways 10 mins when the next CRITICAL-SMS should be sended. It is easy to change it that also OK notifications are send by SMS, but then I also get all WARNING->SMS notification as SMS and this is not that good. Is there any wy to configure the notifications that: - all CRITICAL and - all CRITICAL-to-OK-Changes are sended out to one contact group?!
