I do not have only_hard_states set, so I assume it's at the default of 0. I am also having problems with passive services. I have a TRAP service configured with active checks disabled and passive enabled. When I receive a trap, the Nagios console shows it as a warning, but Nagvis does not pick it up. The service is configured as explained here: http://www.snmptt.org/docs/snmptt.shtml#Nagios-Netsaint. Does Nagvis support passive checks with active checks disabled?
