I agree 100%!! I hope it's OK to chime in hear since I am an educator
in the HRTE team, however I also get to be a student too! Thats why I
love this class so much. As an educator, whenever I go to a show or
networking event, I'm always busy demo-ing or educating. I never get
to sit and learn from somebody else. It's one of the many things that
sets the HRTE class apart from others, each educator gets his/her
turn to educate and has everyones attention, even the fellow
educators. This way EVERYone learns a little of everything, there are
no distractions, and I think it's important for people to realize that
we ALL learn from each other. From newbies to seasoned veterans, you
never stop learning. Life Long Learning, the key to success!
Thank you Diana also, please don't underestimate how much you have to
offer us too. You were the first educator on the agenda in Cincinnati,
you shared your knowledge and enlightened us all on many issues
effecting our industry and State Board Regulations. {{HUGS}}
