I'm in the same boat as Shannon. My Japanese sister told me that water 
marbling and airbrushing is the most expensive form of nail art these 
days. All I know is that around where I live nobody really care for any 
kind of nail art. Water-marbling is way too over the top, and 
airbrushing is oh so cheap like only chop shops around here do. What's 
wrong with this picture?
