Ruth my friend, (tue I am ordering your book)
Questions...
Ok are you talking about tweaking your name like adding a tag line
that will say what you do? or are we talking about re launching and
changing your biz name?

If you are Not intrenched in your branding then doing an even slite
name change and a relaunch sounds like what you might want to
consider.
The higher the risk the higher the reward.

A is first listing in phone book
Angelic Beauty Care
Angelic Skin &Nail Care
 Angelic Beauty Works (my fav)
Remember what ever you name your place..the url needs to be short and
easy to read.
Prob TMI for you but my brain goes fast in the mornin ;)
