Kim, you need to check your spam folder.. You should have received several emails when your order was placed, updated to shipped and another when your payment was processed and another from USPS when it shipped.. (hahah it sounds like I am such a pain!!) Anyway.. the one where your order was marked shipped explained you can go download your book and how to do that.. I also emailed you privately earlier.. did you get that??
