I almost cried today when I played back messages on the machine here at school. A client left a message over the weekend that started with "I was here last week and had a manicure with......." She'd had a manicure with the student I've been having issues with. My heart was in my shoe as I listened to this message and prayed silently. ".......and I just want you to know how great they look and it's been five days since I had them done. I really enjoyed my appointment and I look forward to seeing [Student] again." I know this is only one small victory and we have a lot of time and many more services to go, but I am so happy that I am over the moon!!!
