Actually, it's a very thin viscosity clear gel. It's a more flexible gel than their regular Synergy gel. It's meant to be used for up to 4 weeks and then removed. It's not meant to be used with regular gel polishes. Due to the fact that they aren't as flexible, you're likely to have cracking and chipping. This isn't to say that it's not going to work but there is a higher chance of cracking. It's supposed to allow REGULAR polish to last up to two weeks although I've not found that it lasts that long.
