Oh Patti, I don't know why I wrote red, I meant blue. Sometimes my mind says
one thing and I say something totally different. I guess I am writing that
way now too. Wow, it's the nail fumes. ya that's it.

We are located 30 min south of St. Louis. Just an average town around 12,000
people or so.Mostly red collar workers. Alot of people work in factories in
Stl. I think she would do better if her prices were comparable to yours. That
sounds more like what people could afford around here. Things have been so
slow with the economy, its hard for people to start getting new things done.
People are afraid to spend their money. I know I am.

We're in SW Washington. If I can, I'll try to get some pictures. She just did
a full set yesterday so if my camera is charged (and I remember) I'll snap
a picture of the ones she did yesterday. Where are you?

Michele

Really, maybe that is why she is having such a hard time building a
clientele with the lashes. Where are you located?

If they are sold in a set then that is likely the strips of lashes that you
glue on for just a special occasion.

Wow...you can sure charge more. We are pretty competitively priced at $119
for a full set and approximately $1 a minute for fills. It takes her up to 90
minutes for a full set but usually just about an hour. Most fills are done in
30 minutes.

Thanks Michele,

There is a girl who does the eyelashes at my shop too. It takes a while to
do and they cost $225.00 to put the initial set on. Then it is $45.00 every
two weeks for touch-ups. They are beautiful. Industry Source has the Ardell
lashes on sale for $3 a set. I didn't know if they were the kind that you
glued
on just for a day or two or not.
